Smart devices and electronics are packed with reasonable care before dispatch. Customers should inspect parcels upon receipt and take photos if the packaging appears damaged.

If a product appears damaged during delivery, customers should contact us promptly with supporting photos or videos.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, refusal to accept delivery or inability to contact the customer, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

If the parcel is returned to us, we may contact the customer to arrange further action.
